Job summary

SK Life Science, Inc. is seeking a Senior Associate, Human Resources to partner across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.

The role supports payroll preparation, HRIS administration, leave coordination, and employment verification while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
• PHR/SPHR certification, or progress toward certification, preferred.
• 2+ years of relevant Human Resources experience and/or internships.
• Experience supporting HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
• Experience with HRIS, applicant tracking, and payroll systems; UKG and iCIMS preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with high confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and pre-boarding for new hires as the primary HR contact.
• Maintain accurate HR records and HR data throughout the lifecycle.
• Monitor HR mailbox and triage routine inquiries; escalate complex issues.
• Coordinate LOA, payroll-related information, and leave documentation.
• Support internship programs, onboarding communications, and learning administration.
• Manage HR purchasing and vendor processes including Ariba/Coupa.
