Job summary

Sky Dine, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to support daily HR operations and serve as a resource for employees across the organization.

This role focuses on payroll processing, HRIS maintenance, compliance, and superior internal service. The successful candidate will manage biweekly payroll, maintain employee records, assist with onboarding and benefits administration, and contribute to policy administration and reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years HR/payroll experience preferred.
• Associate degree in Business Administration or HR preferred.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Acute attention to detail, accuracy and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Prepare biweekly payroll.
• Administer payroll/HRIS system (ADP Workforce Now) and ensure data accuracy.
• Coordinate Payroll/HR data and generate reports.
• Maintain employee records and ensure policy compliance.
• Process new hires, terminations, transfers, and promotions.
• Provide pay-related documents and verifications.
• Assist with daily HR operations.
• Manage document retention for HR.
• Support department improvement activities.
