Job summary

True Zero Technologies LLC. is seeking a results-driven HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations in our Oregon office. You will handle onboarding, offboarding, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and employee records management.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in HR, familiarity with HRIS (Rippling), and strong knowledge of HR compliance. Government contractor experience is a plus; we offer competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in an HR Generalist or similar role.
• Experience supporting HR operations, including onboarding/offboarding, benefits administration, payroll coordination, employee relations, and performance management.
• Familiarity with government contractor environments from federal/state/local government work is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, off-boarding, benefits administration, payroll coordination, and employee records management.
• Serve as primary contact for employee inquiries on HR policies, benefits, procedures, and relations matters.
• Support performance management processes including evaluations, documentation, and personnel changes.
• Maintain confidential employee records in the HRIS and ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Coordinate benefits enrollment, status changes, payroll updates, and HR administrative tasks.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state employment laws and company policies.
