• Provide full cycle talent acquisition to meet hiring and onboarding needs for faculty and staff
• Provide HR support to ULSD faculty, staff and leaders
• HR consultation and guidance to ULSD staff and leadership; ensure policy compliance
• Analyze workforce data trends and prepare monthly/quarterly reports
• Coordinate payroll duties as needed and liaison with main campus HR for FMLA, workers' compensation and benefits
