Minnesota Department of Transportation is seeking a Human Resources Specialist 1 to support District 8 operations in Willmar or Marshall. The role offers part-time hybrid telework and a standard day shift, Monday to Friday, with competitive hourly pay.

The position provides HR services to managers and staff, handling labor contracts, recruitment, classification, and compensation while upholding employment laws and bargaining agreements.

Formación

• Experience researching, analyzing, and interpreting information.
• Experience creating written documents such as reports or presentations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional HR services to managers, supervisors, and employees in MnDOT’s District 8.
• Serve as a resource in labor contract administration, staffing/recruitment, selection, classification, and compensation.
