Job summary

Qualifications

• One (1) year of Human Resources experience directly performing staffing, recruitment, classification, backgrounding or other closely related HR functions.
• OR
• Three (3) years of administrative support experience within Human Resources including responsibility for or direct support of staffing, recruitment, classification, or other closely related HR functions. A Bachelor's degree may substitute for one year of experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead background coordination and provide HR consulting across vacancy filling and recruitment.
• Support job audits/classification and interpretation of labor contracts and plans.
• Assist in staffing, recruitment, and talent acquisition processes for the Department of Public Safety.
