Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR experience required
• Associate degree or equivalent (two-year college/technical school) or equivalent
• Experience with HRIS and payroll processes preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide HR operations support and respond to employee inquiries
• Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data
• Assist with policy updates, handbook maintenance, and process improvements
• Coordinate employee status changes including new hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations
• Support leave administration and compliance with applicable laws
• Assist with employee communications and HR-related programs
