As part of the SSC, you will log case notes, meet SLAs, and collaborate with leaders to resolve issues. The role includes onboarding activities and ongoing HR process improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service or university experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of HR Shared Services processes and policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line HR support via phone, email or chat.
• Assist with HR policies, payroll, benefits, leaves, and HRIS inquiries.
• Log case notes and ensure SLAs are met; escalate when needed.
• Prepare New Hire Orientation and support onboarding processes.
• Audit benefits enrollment and assist with badging processes.
