Prysmian Group in Indianapolis is seeking an HR Generalist to support a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will manage full HR lifecycle activities, including payroll, benefits, onboarding, and compliance, while partnering with managers to drive a compliant, engaging workplace.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, policy implementation, and employee relations. A Bachelor's degree in HR or related field and 2+ years of HR Generalist experience are preferred; proficiency in Microsoft Office

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and substantial HR Generalist experience will also be considered.
• 2+ years of HR Generalist experience (including payroll, benefits, recruiting, onboarding, HRIS transactions, and employee lifecycle processes) supporting a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ADP, Workday, and SAP experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Recruitment, Onboarding & Offboarding: Support full-cycle hiring activities, including recruiting coordination, onboarding, HRIS maintenance, employee transitions, and offboarding processes.
• Employee Relations & Engagement: Support employee relations, conflict resolution, engagement initiatives, performance management, and workplace safety programs.
• Payroll, Benefits & Compensation: Administer payroll, attendance tracking, benefits enrollment, compensation updates, workers' compensation, and payroll support.
• Compliance, Policies & Legal: Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies, manage leave and claims programs, support audits, and assist with strategic HR initiatives.
