Riverside manufacturer is seeking a Human Resource Manager to join their team as a replacement for the current employee planning retirement. You will manage recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, compliance, retirement, and employee relations, including hearings and investigations.

The role requires knowledge of ADP time tracking and MS Office tools; bilingual Spanish is a plus. This position offers health insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and other benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
• 1-2 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of automated time tracking systems (i.e. ADP), as well as MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of the HR lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, benefits, payroll, compliance, retirement, employee relations, and exit processes.
• Handle accident/insurance claims and represent the organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies across HR operations.

Position will be responsible for all phases of the HR lifecycle to include recruitment, onboarding, benefits, payroll, compliance, retirement, employee relations, accident/insurance claims, employee separations, exit interviews, representing organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations.

Position Requires
