SourcePro Search, LLC is seeking an HR Generalist to manage the full employee lifecycle, benefits administration, and compliance within a hybrid New York environment. The role requires hands-on HR experience and strong communication skills across all levels of the organization.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule, 9:30 AM–5:30 PM, with 3 in-office days and 2 remote, and a salary range of $80,000–$90,000 per year.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on HR experience.
• Proficiency in HRIS and time/attendance systems.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with benefits administration for mid-size orgs.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Discretion handling sensitive information.
• Strong interpersonal, customer-focused approach.

Aufgaben

• Manage full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Create and maintain personnel files and documentation.
• Conduct background checks for new hires.
• Enroll employees in benefits plans and manage open enrollment.
• Process leaves (FMLA, PFL, Medical, Paid Parental Leave).
• Manage STD, LTD, Workers’ Comp claims.
• Respond to employee inquiries on benefits.
• Post and maintain staff openings; screen resumes; coordinate interviews.
• Perform compensation analysis and salary adjustments.
• Conduct performance reviews and set goals.
• Serve as primary HR contact; support workplace culture.
• Ensure I-9 documentation compliance.
• Conduct exit interviews.
