Qualifications

• 5 years of LOA/FMLA experience.
• Experience with UKG HRIS or similar platforms.
• Strong HR and employee relations background.
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Detail-oriented with confidential data handling.

Responsibilities

• Administer LOA and FMLA programs in compliance with policies.
• Serve as the primary contact for LOA inquiries for employees and leaders.
• Process leave requests from intake to return-to-work with accurate records.
• Update HRIS records reflecting leave status and dates.
• Collaborate with HR colleagues on attendance-related issues.
• Explain policies in English and Spanish to employees.
• Track leave metrics using Excel and other Office tools.
• Maintain data confidentiality across HR records.
