Job summary

Under general supervision, you will handle daily administration across recruiting, compensation, benefits, training, employee relations, and personnel research, and may manage Oracle data input and workflow approvals onsite.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor's degree in a related field and have at least one year of related experience, with strong written and verbal

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and one (1) year of related experience required. Work experience may substitute for the education requirement.
• Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, analytical, and detail-oriented abilities.

Responsibilities

• Handles day-to-day administration of policies and/or programs across recruiting, compensation, benefits, training, employee relations, and personnel research.
• Monitors and maintains department-specific databases and systems.
• May have responsibilities for Oracle data input and integrity as well as workflow approvals.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
