Job summary

Qualifications

• Equivalent to two years of college coursework in human resources management, business, psychology, or a related field.
• Three years of increasingly responsible office administrative or program coordination experience, including one year in human resources functions.

Responsibilities

• Responds to inquiries and provides information regarding HR programs, policies, procedures, and labor agreements.
• Coordinates and supports labor relations activities, including preparing materials for negotiations and taking notes during sessions.
• Maintains confidential case files for employee relations, logs matters, and tracks timelines and required actions.
• Coordinates learning and development activities, schedules trainings, and provides logistical support for citywide programs.
• Performs related duties such as maintaining HR records, generating reports, and assisting with system improvements.
