Qualifications
Associate degree and 2–5 years of progressive HR experience, including employee relations, performance management, policy application, and job architecture/career pathing.
Experience in a regulated environment (financial services/credit union preferred).
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport while maintaining professionalism and objectivity.
Solid analytical and documentation skills; ability to translate HR processes into clear, organized information.
Understanding of employment law and HR best practices. Strong communication, problem solving, and time management abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; HR systems experience preferred.
Adaptable to learning and using emerging technologies, including AI, to improve workplace efficiency.
Responsibilities
Serve as a primary resource for managers and employees on employee relations matters, including performance management and workplace concerns.
Support the development and maintenance of job architecture and career pathing.
Provide hands-on HR support throughout the full employee life cycle.
Contribute to engagement and wellness initiatives.
Support employee development programs, including summer internships.
Ensure consistent, compliant, and people-centered HR practices.
