Job summary

RTX Corporate Enterprise Services (ES) is seeking a Sourcing Specialist to support the HR category. You will develop and execute sourcing strategies, drive cost savings, and ensure compliant procurement across HR services globally, including recruitment, learning and development, benefits, and mobility.

The role requires end-to-end procurement expertise, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to partner with internal stakeholders and external suppliers across multiple time zones.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in HR and professional services categories and contract negotiations.
• Ability to work with and communicate with all levels of management across regions.
• Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop sourcing strategies and lead negotiations for HR contracts to ensure favorable terms aligned with RTX objectives.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to HR and business stakeholders, aligning sourcing activity with priorities.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing activities, including requirements gathering, market analysis, RFx creation and management, supplier evaluations, and award recommendations.
• Manage partnerships supporting recruitment agencies and headhunters for global talent acquisition needs.
• Evaluate and select suppliers for learning and development programs and benefits administration.
• Oversee supplier relationships related to relocation and mobility services.
• Create and execute category strategies balancing cost, compliance, and employee experience.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, GDPR, and privacy regulations throughout contracting and engagement.
