Qualifications

• University Degree with 2+ years relevant experience or Advanced Degree with 1+ years experience.
• Experience with SAP, APEX, PRISM, ARIBA, and SRM.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Adobe.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure SAP reflects latest status, delivery dates, and support Procurement‑to‑Pay process.
• Maintain performance metrics for assigned suppliers on past due deliveries, PO acknowledgements, and status updates.
• Manage stakeholder escalations on corrective actions and delivery expedites.
