The following position is to join our RTX Corporate Enterprise Services (ES) Team:
This role will join the RTX Corporate Enterprise Services (ES) Partnership’s team as a Sourcing Specialist supporting the Human Resources (HR) category.
The Specialist will develop and execute sourcing strategies that drive cost savings, improve supplier performance, and ensure compliance across HR‑related services in multiple regions.
Key areas include recruitment, learning and development, benefits, mobility, compliance, and other professional HR services.
Success in this role requires broad understanding of the end‑to‑end procurement process—from strategic sourcing and negotiation through contract drafting, requisitioning, and purchase order placement.
The ideal candidate will bring experience in HR and professional services categories and be able to translate that knowledge into effective contract negotiations and supplier management.
You will be responsible for drafting global HR contracts, optimizing supplier partnerships, and collaborating closely with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
This is a Hybrid role, the preferred candidate will be in Farmington, CT but we are also considering candidates that are located near other RTX site locations.
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience.
Bachelors Degree 3-5 yrs of services contracts experience.
Knowledge of software contracts is a plus.
Ability to effectively work with and communicate with all levels of management and individual contributors on the program team.
Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
