Job summary

University of Southern California is seeking an Associate Partner for the HR Solution Center in Los Angeles. You will be the first point of contact for employees, retirees, and candidates, handling general HR inquiries by phone and email and guiding them to resources and solutions.

You will open and update cases, perform Workday transactions, maintain accurate employee records, and escalate to Tier 2 for complex requests. A customer-focused, detail-oriented approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in human resources or customer service.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with courteous phone/email tone.
• Strong data entry speed and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Provide clear, efficient support to employees in the HR Solution Center by phone or email.
• Open cases, complete Workday transactions, and document information for a clear record of employee cases.
• Update cases during Tier 1 resolution with information from follow-ups; escalate to Tier 2 as needed.
• Maintain accurate employee records and confidentiality; interact professionally with stakeholders.
• Serve as a public-facing representative of the HR function in all interactions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement or automation in the HR Solution Center.
