Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communications skills.

• Experience handling confidential information and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Provide clear, efficient support to employees via phone or email.
• Open cases and complete Workday transactions with accurate data.
• Update case progress during Tier 1 resolution.
• Maintain clean, accurate employee records and files.
• Escalate to Tier 2 for specialized support when needed.
