University of Southern California Arcadia Hospital is seeking an experienced HR support professional to be the initial contact for employees and candidates. You will help with onboarding, policy guidance, and routine HR tasks under moderate supervision.

The role requires 3–5 years in HR or customer service, strong data-entry skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Knowledge of Workday, Kronos, and ServiceNow will help drive efficiency in HR operations.

• 3–5 years HR and/or customer service experience.
