Job summary

Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation in Milwaukee, WI, seeks an HR Shared Services Representative to serve as the first point of contact for employee questions, onboarding, and benefits. You will work with HR partners, manage data in Workday, and support onboarding, off-boarding, and compliance in Canada as needed.

You’ll handle inquiries via phone, chat, email, and in-person, uphold data confidentiality, and contribute to process improvements while collaborating with Payroll, IT, and HR teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 2+ years of Human Resource experience.
• Experience with HR system data entry and basic reporting.
• Knowledge of benefits, employment, pay-related practices/process, compensation and policies.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work with a diverse group of employees.
• Strong attention to detail and data quality.
• MS Office Suite experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer employee questions and resolve issues per HR policies.
• Assist with onboarding, off-boarding, and benefits administration.
• Process Workday workflows for employee changes and reporting.
• Support Canada HR data updates and mass uploads/audits.
• Maintain employee files and confidentiality.
