Job summary

Informa, based in Shawnee, KS, is seeking an HR Admin Specialist for a 12-month assignment to deliver HR operational support. You will resolve colleague inquiries, maintain data in SAP/Oracle and other HR/payroll systems, support onboarding, and manage lifecycle events from hire to leaver.

This role collaborates with HR Shared Services, HRIS, Payroll and Benefits teams, offering exposure to global HR processes within a supportive environment. Office-based position in Shawnee, KS.

Qualifications

• General familiarity in HR functions with 1-2 years of related experience.
• Basic knowledge of payroll and benefits administration.
• Basic knowledge of data management lifecycles in a core HR system.

Responsibilities

• Provides first point of contact and excellent customer service to all colleagues, management, and HR Business Partners.
• Resolution of colleague inquiries, processing and entering changes into HR systems such as ADP, Oracle and SAP.
• Facilitate hiring and onboarding processes, leave management and accurate SAP/Oracle data entry.
• Manage lifecycle of a colleague from onboarding to leaver processes and data accuracy.
• Support timekeeping, timecard corrections and time-off policy queries.
• Assist with HR onboarding processes and I-9 documentation.
