Job summary

Informa is seeking a HR Admin Specialist for a 12-month assignment in Shawnee, KS. The role provides HR operational support, maintains data in SAP/Oracle, and assists with onboarding and payroll processes.

The candidate will collaborate with HR Shared Services, Payroll, Benefits, and HR Business Partners to ensure accurate records and a smooth employee experience. This position emphasizes service, accuracy, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years HR-related experience preferred
• Payroll and benefits administration basics
• Data management lifecycle in core HR systems
• Knowledge of HR policies helpful
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Familiarity with ADP, Oracle HR, SAP HR is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide first point of contact and excellent customer service to colleagues and HR partners
• Process changes in HR systems (personal data, job info, reporting lines, compensation) in ADP/Oracle/SAP
• Facilitate hiring and onboarding, managed leave processes in SAP/Oracle
• Manage colleague lifecycle from onboarding to departure
• Assist with timecard corrections and time-off approvals
• Support HR onboarding processes and I-9 forms
