Job summary

Memorial Healthcare System is seeking an HR Shared Services Specialist in Miramar, FL. You will serve as the first point of contact for employees and leaders, delivering front line HR support and guiding inquiries toward timely solutions.

Qualifications

Must possess strong customer services orientation with the ability to navigate complex conversations, determine needs and provide solutions satisfactorily.
Ability to exercise effective judgement, and sensitivity to callers and potentially difficult situations.
Must be extremely organized and detail oriented with the ability to shift priorities as needed.

Responsibilities

De-escalate high tension situations and assure callers they will receive help with care and attention.
Manage incoming calls and ensure first call resolution for basic and complex inquiries.
Enter and maintain data in HR files or systems to ensure compliance with standards.
Respond to questions on HR policies and direct employees to self-service options as appropriate.
Utilize case management tools to respond to inquiries from employees and leaders within SLAs.
