Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of HR experience or an Associate's degree plus one year of relevant experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to coordinate multiple projects.
• Experience using HRIS systems (Workday) preferred.
• Ability to analyze HR metrics and prepare reports.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates employee experience initiatives and HR programs.
• Entrusts data entry into department software systems and prepares communications/reports.
• Answers phones, greets visitors, and responds to general inquiries.
