Job summary

Moffitt Cancer Center is hiring an HR Answer Center Specialist in Florida to serve as the primary point of contact for current and former team members seeking HR assistance. You will provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 HR support across phone, email, ticketing, and walk-in channels, collaborating with subject matter experts to resolve inquiries with accuracy and courtesy.

You will also support HR service operations, perform ERP HR transactions, and maintain knowledge resources to ensure timely responses.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of two years of experience in Human Resources, HR service/shared services, customer or contact center support, or related business administration.

Responsibilities

• Responds to HR inquiries for current team members, former team members, and applicants/candidates.
• Handles inquiries via phone, email, ticketing system, and walk-in interactions.
• Provides Tier 1 and Tier 2 HR support to team members, former team members, applicants, and stakeholders.
• Analyzes and resolves HR inquiries using HR policies, procedures, and system knowledge.
• Documents inquiries in the ticketing system and maintains cases per SLAs and procedures.
• Collaborates with SMEs to provide accurate guidance and escalation when needed.
• Provides HR systems support and guidance for self-service tools, recruiting, benefits, and other HR platforms.
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of HR programs, policies, and regulations.
• Offers front desk and HR service operations support including reception, appointments, and basic HR transactions.
• Performs ERP-based HR transactions and data maintenance; supports admin HR operations as needed.
