Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; an Associate’s degree preferred.
• Two years of HR experience in employee services or related fields.
• Experience handling confidential employee information.
• Experience using HRIS, benefits administration, leave-tracking, or other HR-related systems.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for employees and supervisors on HR questions and processes.
• Provide employee services support for leave administration, including FMLA and PFML.
• Coordinate ADA accommodations, benefits administration, and general HR operations.
• Support reporting, documentation, and HRIS data accuracy.
