Job summary

Interstate-Moving-Relocation-Logistics in Springfield, VA is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations. The role covers benefits administration, employee relations, leave management, and compliance within a full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of state and federal Employee Relations laws/regulations.
• Familiarity with COBRA, ERISA, FMLA, HIPAA regulations.
• Ability to communicate effectively, multitask, and prioritize.

Responsibilities

• Administers health and welfare plans including enrollments and terminations.
• Processes payroll and insurance documents for accurate record keeping.
• Responds to employee questions and resolves issues.
• Manages annual Open Enrollment process.
• Processes monthly insurance billings and reviews for accuracy.
