Job summary

Covenant Health seeks an HR Service Representative to act as the first contact in a dedicated HR service center. You will handle inquiries on benefits, leaves, payroll, and HRIS, assist with ATHs and PARs, and navigate online forms with customers.

Under supervision, you will research complex issues, escalate when deeper knowledge is needed, and maintain strict confidentiality while supporting a variety of HR transactions. Local travel is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred for advancement.
• Minimum two years’ experience in administrative/technical HR support roles.
• Valid Tennessee driver’s license Class D and maintained insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide inbound customer contact in a call/service center for HR topics and transactions.
• Assist customers with navigation of online forms and processes (benefits enrollment, performance, etc.).
• Research and resolve complex inquiries with SMEs or supervisors; refer when needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in data and documents.
• Follow policies, travel locally as required, and contribute to quality initiatives.
