Job summary

Ideal candidates are pursuing a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field with strong communication and organizational skills. The role offers an in-person or hybrid arrangement, with relocation discussions available for students.

Qualifications

• Student working towards a bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
• Willing to travel or relocate to Oshkosh, WI.
• Graduation date after May 2028.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Global HR Services team on a full spectrum of activities including HR case management and executing Workday business processes.
• Directly engage with team members in high impact moments through intaking, researching, and resolving team member inquiries on topics across the HR spectrum.
• Assist with the administration and analysis of Global Compensation programs such as Job Analysis & Evaluation and compliance audits.
• Contribute to the creation and distribution of Benefits Annual Enrollment communication materials.
• Gain an understanding of our HR Technology systems to assist in testing, reporting, and other projects as necessary.
