Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Three or more years of HR experience across multiple HR disciplines.
• Experience in manufacturing or an industrial environment is preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish and English communication skills preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Partner with plant leaders to support workforce, engagement, and organizational priorities.
• Provide day-to-day guidance to leaders on employee relations and performance issues.
• Serve as the primary onsite HR resource for policies, programs, and workplace concerns.
• Assess and resolve employee relations matters, including investigations and corrective actions.
• Support performance management, talent development, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to support staffing, onboarding, and planning.
• Work with HR Centers of Excellence on compensation, benefits, learning, and other programs.
• Support annual HR processes: reviews, planning, compensation, and engagement initiatives.
• Use workforce data to identify trends and inform decisions.
• Build strong relationships and promote a positive, inclusive culture.
• Ensure consistent HR policy application and legal compliance.
• Support change initiatives and continuous improvement at the facility.
