THE ROLE

The Human Resources Intern will gain knowledge and experience by working on a variety of HR projects and processes under the supervision of experienced HR professionals. This position reports through the Global HR Services team with an emphasis in supporting case management of Benefits, Compensation, HR Technology, Talent Acquisition, and HR Services. This role starts in May 2027.

YOUR IMPACT
  • Provide support to the Global HR Services team on a full spectrum of activities including HR case management and executing Workday business processes.
  • Directly engage with team members in high impact moments through intaking, researching, and resolving team member inquiries on topics across the HR spectrum.
  • Assist with the administration and analysis of Global Compensation programs such as Job Analysis & Evaluation and compliance audits.
  • Contribute to the creation and distribution of Benefits Annual Enrollment communication materials.
  • Gain an understanding of our HR Technology systems to assist in testing, reporting, and other projects as necessary.
  • Assist in the development of knowledge articles to provide team members with the resources for self-service.
  • This role is based in Oshkosh, WI, and can be either in-person or hybrid, depending on the candidate's preference. If you are relocating for the school year, we are open to discussing a remote work arrangement.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Student working towards a bachelor’s degree in human resource management or related field

Pay Range

$18.00 - $37.00

The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
