The incumbent will draft and edit communications, assist in organizing town halls and recognition programs, and collaborate with teams to ensure consistent messaging across channels.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a business-related field.
• Strong written communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging content: draft, edit and proofread internal communications such as newsletters, emails, intranet content and presentations.
• Assist in planning, organizing and promoting internal events (e.g., global town halls, employee recognition programs).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across touchpoints.
• Stay updated on industry trends and propose innovative ideas for communication strategies.
• Perform additional duties and contribute to the Global Branding & Communications team goals.
