Job summary

You will partner with leadership to identify risks, ensure policy updates, and drive firmwide compliance initiatives in a hybrid work environment.

The role focuses on policy development, audits, training, and reporting, with no direct people management but strong ownership of compliance processes and cross-functional influence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field is required.
• 10+ years of experience in HR compliance.
• PHR or SPHR certifications preferred.
• Familiarity with Workday and compliance tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR compliance policy development, governance, and documentation.
• Lead internal audits and risk assessments of HR processes.
• Collaborate with Office of General Counsel on HR compliance matters.
• Develop and deliver mandatory HR compliance training programs.
• Generate compliance metrics reports for leadership and maintain audit readiness.
