Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a ServiceNow Configuration Analyst in Minneapolis to join an Agile HR team. You will configure and maintain ServiceNow HRSD modules, focusing on knowledge, case management, and virtual agent topics, while ensuring security and process standards.

You will update forms, workflows, and templates, collaborate with HR stakeholders, and provide Tier 2 support for HRSD issues, with daily work from a U.S. Bank facility and a strong emphasis on documentation and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or Computer Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• Two to four years of experience in ServiceNow configuration or administration.
• Familiarity with HR Service Delivery modules (Case Management, Knowledge Management, Virtual Agent).

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain ServiceNow HRSD modules using out-of-the-box functionality.
• Modify forms, fields, lists, and workflows to meet HR requirements.
• Publish and manage workflows, templates, and HR case lifecycle processes.
• Provide Tier 2 support for ServiceNow HRSD-related issues and document changes.
