Job summary

iTech AG seeks a Senior ServiceNow Developer to support the FDIC ServiceNow program, focusing on HRSD with occasional WSD. This full-time, fully remote role joins an Agile team to enhance HR workflows, manage data migrations, and develop employee tools.

You will implement HRSD capabilities, integrate HR systems via IntegrationHub and REST APIs, review requirements, perform code reviews, and contribute to analytics while adhering to federal security requirements. U.S. citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ServiceNow HRSD development experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, develop, test, and support ServiceNow HRSD capabilities with WSD support as needed.
• Develop HR workflows, HR case functionality, accommodations workflows, and Talent Development features.
• Evaluate user stories, identify gaps/risks, and propose options before implementation.
• Collaborate with analysts, owners, architects, and stakeholders to clarify requirements.
• Develop and maintain scoped applications with secure ACLs and data protection.
• Support data loads, migrations, and validation; perform integrationHub/REST integrations as roadmaps mature.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, estimations, testing, and releases.
• Contribute to reporting and analytics; experience with Performance Analytics is valuable.
