Job summary

Wimmer Solutions is looking for an HR Service Specialist to deliver high-quality support for routine HR inquiries and transactions. You will handle employee lifecycle events in Core HCM, collaborate with Payroll and Benefits, and maintain data integrity with discretion in a US-based company.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or HR support role with a basic understanding of HR processes and lifecycle events.
• Proficiency in Core HRIS platforms, including core transaction management; UKG experience preferred.
• Experience with case and knowledge management systems.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Respond to HR inquiries and provide accurate, empathetic support to employees in a timely and professional manner according to defined standards.
• Execute employee lifecycle transactions in Core HCM and supplier systems, ensuring accuracy and adherence to workflows.
• Manage daily tasks with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment and meet SLAs.
• Collaborate with Payroll and Benefits to resolve inquiries and ensure smooth handoffs.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
