• Document case details thoroughly in ServiceNow with accuracy and compliance.
• Use Workday to verify data, update records, and guide users through system functionality.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with company standards when handling sensitive information.
• Manage incoming USPS mail by creating cases in ServiceNow and resolving or escalating as needed.
• Escalate complex issues per service delivery guidelines and contribute to training materials and user guides.
