Qualifications

• 1 year of administrative or customer services experience (Required)
• Human Resources experience (Preferred)
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of Human Resources experience required
• Strong experience with Workday
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
• Understands confidentiality, communication and customer service
• Documentation and Updating HR Records

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time, accurate and comprehensive responses to inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures and processes.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes and support HR cyclical processes and compliance.
• Collaborate with HR team to ensure accurate processing of employee transactions.
• Deliver professional service while managing expectations to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
