Job summary

Responsibilities

• Answer and resolve a high volume of HR inquiries (payroll, benefits, timekeeping, policies) via email, phone, tickets, and chat to ensure first time resolution.
• Troubleshoot data integrity issues and processes that may delay HR operations.
• Develop and maintain knowledge base documentation for HR Services; identify process improvements.
