Job summary

Genuine Parts Company seeks an HR Shared Services Service Delivery Tools Manager to shape the strategic roadmap for HRSS tools and drive innovative, consumer-like omni-channel experiences across HR operations.

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, align with security standards, and create a backlog to respond to changing priorities while delivering robust tool deployments and continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRIS, IT, HR or business administration.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience with HRSS service delivery technologies.
• Experience deploying and deploying service delivery tools.
• Ability to influence without authority and lead transformational projects.
• Translate strategy into objectives, priorities and deliverables.
• Knowledge of Agile, Jira, SmartSheet and related tools.
• Knowledge of HR compliance and data privacy laws.
• Global HR Shared Services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops a prioritized, strategic roadmap for HRSS service delivery tools aligned with future state.
• Oversees tool deployments including case management, portals and automation.
• Leads cross-functional teams through requirements, development, and sustainment.
• Defines omni-channel service delivery matrix to drive adoption and reduce manual effort.
• Maintains tool relevance, documentation, and compliance with security standards.
• Partners with stakeholders to create prioritization backlog and training programs.
