Job summary

Omnicom Corporate SSC is seeking an HR Shared Services Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operations of the HR Shared Services Center and deliver high-quality HR support to employees and managers. You will supervise Tier 1 and 2 activities, manage escalations, and partner with stakeholders to improve processes and employee experience.

The role requires 2–10 years of HR admin experience, strong leadership, and expertise in HR systems such as Workday.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the HR Shared Services Center.
• Manage escalations and improve processes for a positive employee experience.
• Supervise Tier 1 and Tier 2 activities, coaching Analysts.
• Oversee transactions and define review/approval frameworks for Tier 2.
• Monitor SLAs and KPIs to meet targets.
• Provide reporting on HR metrics to the Services Manager.
• Drive delivery enhancements and HR tech adoption.
• Communicate HR policy changes and ensure adherence.
• Conduct performance reviews and develop team members.
• Foster collaboration and resolve conflicts within the team.
