Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR Operations experience.
• Leadership in a large HR Shared Services organization.
• Proven success in transformation, process optimization and organizational change.
• Experience modernizing HR service delivery through technology, automation and AI.
• Strong track record of developing leaders and high-performing teams.
• Executive-level influence and ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, Information Systems or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing HR Operations leadership team.
• Drive HR service delivery and process transformation.
• Strengthen alignment across HR Operations, Payroll, Centers of Excellence and Business Unit HR teams.
• Establish meaningful metrics, governance and standardized processes.
• Build greater consistency across GPC’s global HR Shared Services framework.
• Leverage technology, automation, AI and analytics to improve efficiency and the employee and manager experience.
• Build leadership capability, succession plans and talent pipelines.
• Serve as a trusted strategic thought partner to senior HR and business leadership.
