Qualifications

• Experience delivering HRSS service delivery tools; multi‑tool deployments.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and project leadership capabilities.
• Familiarity with agile development, Jira and Robo/automation processes.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains the strategic roadmap for HRSS service delivery tools.
• Leads cross‑functional teams from requirements to deployment and sustainment.
• Defines omni‑channel service delivery and adoption metrics.
• Ensures tool updates, documentation, security compliance, and stakeholder alignment.
