Dexterra Group is seeking an HR professional to provide day-to-day HR support to an assigned client group, handling employee inquiries, transactions, case management, data updates, and documentation.

You will coach and mentor HR Service Centre Coordinators, help prioritize work, maintain consistent service delivery, and serve as the first point of escalation for complex inquiries in collaboration with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders.
