This role supports HR outsourcing clients through Tier II resolution of complex inquiries via calls, email, and tickets, requiring strong analytical thinking and effective communication.

You will handle non-routine situations with minimal supervision, input data in real time, and collaborate with teams to improve processes. This in-office role in the U.S.

Qualifications

• 1+ year customer service experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to work in a structured, performance-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Tier II contact for escalated HR inquiries.
• Respond professionally per Strada policies.
• Input data in real time and resolve issues at first contact.
• Document interactions and update tickets.
