Job summary

TruStage Insurance Agency, LLC is seeking an HR Service Center Generalist to support health, welfare and retirement benefits, payroll processing and LMS/HRIS administration. You’ll maintain data integrity, assist with enrollment activities and respond to employee inquiries across a centralized service center.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 4–6 years HR/payroll experience and proven leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 4-6 years progressive HR/Benefits/Payroll experience, including call center work.
• Proven lead-worker experience with coaching and mentoring.
• Proficiency with Excel, HRIS/HR/payroll systems and LMS.
• Strong customer service mindset and effective communication skills.
• Ability to gather data, identify issues and make timely decisions.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization and time management.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR service center support to employees and customers, handling inquiries by phone, email, chat or in person.
• Manage Health & Welfare, Retirement Benefits and Payroll processes and ensure data integrity.
• Coordinate enrollment, status changes, and W-4/direct deposit updates; process W-2s and tax filings.
