Job summary

Privia Health is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to support multiple Care Centers across the employee lifecycle. The role involves interpreting policies, onboarding and offboarding, HRIS/data administration, benefits support, leaves, documentation, reporting, and performance-management guidance.

You will collaborate with Care Center leaders and employees, handle routine employee relations, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience required.
• Experience supporting benefits administration across multiple centers and locations.
• Experience with onboarding/offboarding, HRIS, reporting, and performance-management support.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR practices with good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support to Care Centers and employees on policies, benefits, attendance, PTO, and routine processes.
• Interpret HR policies, identify exceptions, and escalate complex matters to the HR Director.
• Assist with performance coaching, attendance tracking, and corrective-action processes.
• Document employee concerns and elevate sensitive matters promptly.
• Coordinate onboarding, transfers, offboarding, and exit interviews; identify trends for leadership.
• Maintain HRIS and employee records; run routine and ad hoc HR reports.
