Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• 1+ years of HR or Safety support experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with an HRIS preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Excellent attendance.

Responsibilities

• Assist onsite HRBP with day-to-day HR operations.
• Assist employees with routine questions and serve as first point of contact for non-employee relations communications.
• Onboard employees, manage status changes, and offboarding including digital documentation and routing for signature.
• Perform safety program tasks in the warehouse and monitor safety training compliance.
• Ensure safety trainings are delivered on schedule and track overdue trainings.
